The Peabody Education Foundation is proud to make a donation to help kick off a new program called ‘No Child Goes Hungry in Peabody’. No Child Goes Hungry in Peabody is currently implemented at the Welch and Center schools. The program will send 120 elementary school students home with a backpack of food and snacks at the end of every week. The food is targeted for children who might otherwise go hungry over the weekend. The PEF is excited for this new program and can’t wait to see the impact that it has on the students of Peabody and their families!
