On September 4th, 2019, Warren Waugh of Lyon-Waugh Auto Group presented PEF Chairman, David Gravel, with the third installment of his $100,000 donation pledge to The Peabody Education Foundation. Warren presented a $20,000 check to David as well as PEF members, Dan Vassallo, Doreen Reidy, Katrina Vassallo and Kristine Bruno.
The $20,000 donation provided by Warren and Lyon-Waugh Auto Group will allow our foundation to enhance the quality of our programs for the upcoming school year. One of the programs that will have a significant impact due to Warren and Lyon-Waugh’s generous donation is our PEF Grants program. Our PEF Grants program funds grants for Peabody teachers for resources, programs and events that fall outside of the normal school budget. All grants are funded through the generous donations of our community, such as Warren and Lyon-Waugh Auto Group.
